Let’s talk about the new Warrior building There have been several questions about upcoming school year for the 7th-12th graders. We have a frequently asked questions list below to help answer those questions:
1. What time will school begin and end?
First period will begin at 8:45 a.m.
School ends at 3:30 p.m.
2. Will there be transportation available?
We will offer transportation with our school vans for a small fee. Students will be able to meet at the Locan location and be transported to the Warrior campus. Transportation to and from will be available. Pick up and drop-off site will be at our main Locan location.
3. Will lunch be available?
We will be offering daily choice items for purchase. Students may purchase items daily, or sign up for lunch accounts. A menu of items with prices will be available. We hope to offer several options throughout the month including pizza day. Drinks and snack items will also be available daily.
4. Will uniforms be required?
No, regular clothing with standard appropriate guidelines will be expected.
5. Will there be sports?
We are currently working on the sports field and plan on continuing our enrollment in the P.A.L. league. This does not include high school at this time.
6. Will there be electives?
Our Warrior campus will be an exciting blend of academics and electives. A full and robust art program. Including graphic arts will be offered. Home economics, drama, music, mechanics, and business development are also additional courses we will offer.
7. Will there be Chapel?
Yes! Chapel is an important and vital part of our program.
